The Avaya Aura System Administration course is an immersive training program designed for individuals responsible for managing and administering the Avaya Aura communication platform. This course equips learners with the necessary skills to effectively navigate and perform administrative tasks within the Avaya Aura® System Manager (SMGR), ensuring the smooth operation of the communication system.

Throughout the course, participants will learn how to log in to SMGR, change administrative passwords, manage security policies, and handle active sessions. They will also explore the intricacies of the SMGR License Server, add and edit System Manager users, and understand the significance of groups and roles. The curriculum covers LDAP integration, SIP Entity and Instance configuration, communication profile creation, SIP Client registration, and the synchronization of Avaya Aura® Communication Manager (CM) to SMGR.

Furthermore, the course delves into adding Avaya Aura® Media Servers, creating CM stations, and establishing routing policies for Session Manager. Participants will learn to manage off PBX stations, define and assign Classes of Restriction (COR) and Classes of Service (COS), and explore other CM features. The training also includes creating backups, restarting system elements, troubleshooting, and accessing reports, logs, and alarms for effective system maintenance and issue resolution.
