Candidates should have a working knowledge of enterprise voice networks (LAN, WAN, and IP), a working knowledge of enterprise wireless technologies, and a working knowledge of Windows operating systems. Avaya recommends that attendees have the following certifications: Avaya Certified Associate (ACS), ACE Certified Solutions (ACS), Avaya Certified Support Expert (ACSE), or equivalent networking experience.
