Happiness Guarantee

Koenig’s Happiness Guarantee ensures that all Koenig customers are happy. Happiness means different things to different people. But happiness is a state which is recognized by all. We are happy when we get what we expect. If a Koenig customer is not happy with the service, we are happy to make him/her happy by offering a full refund or a class redo. We expect our students to express their unhappiness during the course.
To ensure happiness all around, the refund will exclude courseware cost (if retained by the client).
