Refund Policy

  • In case a student is not satisfied with the training, the student can claim 100% refund given they have provided feedback on or before the last date of the course.
  • Koenig is not responsible for consequential losses.
  • Refunds are claimable upto one year of payment.

1-on-1 Training

Though the training schedule is as per the customer, Koenig can request merger of other students who want the same schedule. The customers will be intimated before any such inclusion.

For Classroom Training

  • Koenig is not responsible in the case of an accident or injury. Please have the necessary insurance in place.
  • Koenig follows a Bring Your Own Laptop policy.
  • Koenig is entitled to claim the cancellation fee of 50% of the total purchase amount if the training is cancelled or re-scheduled 10 or less days before the start of the training. Additionally, the same training cannot be re-scheduled more than once.

Most classes are recorded for students and for commercial use as Flexi. You can opt-out from recording of class by making a request in advance

Koenig Learning Credits

KLCs can be purchased with upfront invoice typically for $50,000. Once purchased the client will be given a unique KLC# which can be quoted for all course bookings.

Koenig will keep track of all course bookings via KLC and also monthly statements for balance in KLC account.
