This course leads the participants throughout the entire project life cycle, starting from planning to execution. Participants will be developing a thorough understanding of how to plan and schedule. This course will help the participants to understand the P6 Professional's basic features and functionality so they can apply them at their organization's project management processes. Participants will also be learning of how to manage projects on time and within budget to ensure optimal outcomes from capital and resource investments. The workshops and instruction explores the three major basic elements of the project management: schedule, resources and costs. This course uses the P6 Optional Client (Windows-based client). Anyone using P6 Professional either as a stand-alone application or as part of P6 EPPM.
