• It depends on the vendor. In most cases, you will get a course completion certificate from the vendor and Koenig as well. Please re-check with your Customer Success Manager.

• Our 1-on-1 public batches are GTR (guaranteed-to-run) for you on your preferred schedule. It will be executed irrespective of any other participant joining the same batch. Most of our 1-on-1 public batches run with only 1 participant, hence the name. Our 1-on-1 private batches are GTR on your preferred dates and guaranteed to run even without any other participants.
