The Oracle Communication Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB) Configuration and Administration course provides an in-depth look at the process of configuring and administrating Oracle’s Unified Communications feature. This course is intended for system architect/engineers, integration engineers, and support personnel who want to implement, customize and debug the Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) system using Oracle Communications Event Configurator.
The prerequisites for this course include:
- Knowledge of an Oracle Database and Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Basic skills in UNIX
- Knowledge of Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Solution (CCS) products such as Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) and Oracle Communications Catalog Manager
- Knowledge of the Network Charging Platform (NCP) framework and its components
- Experience in using Siebel and/or Oracle Communication Billing Care (CCB)
- Knowledge in XML and the Language of Internet Protocols (LIP)
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and other scripting languages such as Perl, Python, TCL and Bourne shell scripting.
