The Enterprise Voice and Online Services with Microsoft Lync Server 2013 course is designed to provide IT professionals and developers with the core knowledge of Lync Server 2013 applications and services. The course delivers solid training on the skills expected of IT professionals responsible for the design, configuration, and administration of a Lync Server 2013 enterprise voice solution.
This course provides an introduction to Lync Server 2013 enterprise voice features and technologies, such as Enterprise Voice design requirements, Session Border Controller (SBC) and federation with other organizations, implementation of PSTN gateway and Signaling Gatekeeper technologies, and troubleshooting techniques. The course also covers the skills needed to configure such features as Voice over IP (VoIP), audio and video conferencing, VoIP security, voice policies, and archiving.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to efficiently design, configure, and maintain the Lync Server 2013 environment, as well as manage the operation of the services. They will also have the necessary skills to integrate Lync Server 2013 with existing infrastructure and collaborate with customers, suppliers and partners.
