The course is designed for engineers and technicians familiar with basic network and server management. Participants should have a working knowledge of networking concepts, network topology, common networking services and protocols (TCP, IP, HTTP, VPN, etc.), and server hardware components. In addition to these prerequisites, the following specialized skills and experience are recommended:
