The VMware Horizon 7:Install, Configure, Manage [V7.10] course is designed to provide attendees with the skills and knowledge necessary to install, configure, and manage Horizon 7, the latest edition of VMware’s virtual desktop and application virtualization platform. The instructors will cover topics such as architecture and components, configuring a basic Horizon 7 environment, managing user accounts and authentication, creating and configuring virtual desktop pools, deploying applications and desktop images, using policies and instantaneous Clone, leveraging the power of Instant Clone for enhanced performance, and monitoring and reporting. The course will also teach students how to integrate Horizon 7 with VMware App Volumes, and how to manage, secure, and troubleshoot Horizon 7 environments. On completion of this course, attendees will be able to competently manage and maintain a Horizon 7 environment and its components in order to securely and efficiently deliver virtual desktops and applications to end-users.
