PowerStore Implementation and Administration Course Overview

The PowerStore Implementation and Administration course is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge necessary for deploying and managing Dell EMC's PowerStore storage systems. This course provides in-depth training on the configuration, licensing, and setup of PowerStore environments, including both block and file storage, as well as integration with VMware.

In Module 1: Implementation, participants will learn how to configure Top-of-Rack (ToR) Ethernet switching, run the PowerStore Initial Configuration Wizard, and license PowerStore systems. They will also delve into configuring storage resources and host access, ensuring they can effectively support various client needs.

Module 2: Administration focuses on the daily administrative tasks required to manage storage resources and services. It also covers user management within the PowerStore Manager.

Module 3: Basic Troubleshooting teaches learners how to conduct basic hardware troubleshooting, assess system status, and gather system log files, which are critical skills for maintaining system health and performance.
