What is ITIL?

What are the different certification levels currently available?

What is the duration of the exam?

The duration of the exam varies depending on the level of the certification. While a Foundation level exam duration will last 60 minutes, the duration for the Intermediate level exam will be 90 minutes.

What are the delivery methods currently in use to impart the ITIL training?

Training for ITIL certifications are available through the accredited training organizations and other approved partners. The training can be imparted through a wide variety of formats including through in-person training, via virtual classroom or even distance learning.

Are the ITIL examinations only available in English?

No, the ITIL Service Management Training examinations are currently available in a wide variety of languages.

ITIL Foundation is the first level, Then there is ITIL Practitioner After this there is Intermediate level which is divided into two streams, Lifecycle and Capabilities. 5 Modules (. 1. Service Strategy (Foundation) 2. Service Design 3. Service Transition 4. Service Operation 5. Continual Service Improvement ) are part of Lifecycle, There are 4 Modules in capability which are SOA, PPO, RCV and OSA. One needs to be ITIL Foundation certified to achieve Intermediate certificates.
