2. Candidates should also have at least 2 years of experience as an instructor/facilitator leading courses in customer service, customer satisfaction, technical support, contact center operations, or process improvement.
3. Candidates must have the appropriate current and valid instructor certification in the language in which the Certified Instructor (CI) course will be taught (e.g., English).
