Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a cloud based platform used to send useful communication to the customers in order to enhance business. These communication messages can be categorized as commercial and transactional and can only be sent to those customers only who have showed thier interest in receving those communication(Signed-up/Opt-in). These communication messages can be SMS, MMS, EMAILS. All these communincation messages are designed within this Marketing Cloud Platform along with that one can manage their subscribers data as well.
