Commercial and Contract Management is a course of study designed to help individuals understand the fundamentals of managing commercial and contractual issues in a business context. They will also have the knowledge and skills to negotiate contract terms, develop policies and procedures for contract enforcement, and generally keep their customers and business partners informed about their contractual obligations.
