CCBA stands for Certification of Competency in Business Analysis. It is a professional certification from International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) for business analysts who wish to make their skills recognized by earning a formal credential.
The passing score has never been shared by IIBA, however it is recommended to assume 70% as the passing percentage.
CCBA exam is based on the BABOK Guide (a guide to the Business Analyst Body of Knowledge) which is available in English and Chinese.
BABOK stands for Business Analyst Body of Knowledge. It is a guide that elaborates on the scope of business analysis, providing direction and support for students or practitioners in areas like agile, business intelligence, information technology, business architecture and business process management. It describes the skills and competencies needed to perform business analysis effectively.
