Ansible is an open source tool used for IT configuration management, deployment and orchestration. This tool aims to automate complex IT application environments in order to provide large productivity gains.

Ansible uses a simple syntax that is easy to read and understand and has powerful and flexible features that can be used even in the most complex IT environments. Further, no agent or software is required to be installed on the client’s system that you wish to automate, thus increasing the number of resources and making it more efficient.

This course enables the candidates to develop skills suitable for organisations that wish to increase savings and seek operational efficiency.

Courses that can be recommended to be done afterwards are: 1. Red Hat Certificate of Expertise in Ansible Automation (EX407) exam – This course will demonstrate your ability to use Ansible to automate systems and applications. 2. Automation with Ansible II: Ansible Tower (DO409) – This course is designed for professionals who already use Ansible and wish to enhance their skills and manage Ansible projects by using Red Hat Ansible Tower.

This course is totally based on and includes practical scenarios, and hands-on labs enable the candidates to easily automate system administration tasks on managed hosts, understand how to write and centrally manage playbooks for task execution and schedule recurring execution through a web interface.
