Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS) is a server role in Windows Server that provides persistent protections for documents, emails, and other data. AD RMS enables users to control who can access and view individual files, even if the data is shared or sent outside the organization’s network. AD RMS can protect data from modification, copying, printing, and screen capture, as well as from access by unauthorized parties.
This course provides an overview of the features available with AD RMS, including an explanation of the role and services provided by AD RMS, key components and architecture, the creation of the AD RMS infrastructure, usage scenarios and operation, and server maintenance and troubleshooting. Students will also be familiarized with RMS data protection policies, active directory integration and best practices. By the end of this course, students will understand how AD RMS works and be able to implement and manage it in their own organization.
This is a Rare Course and it can be take up to 3 weeks to arrange the training.
