In this session, we will explore how picklists (dropdown / selection lists) are configured and managed in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. We will cover the transition from legacy picklists to MDF picklists, using the Picklist Center, implementing cascading (parent-child) picklists, and best practices for maintenance, import/export, and versioning. By the end, participants will understand how to define, update, and map picklists to EC objects reliably and in adherence to SAP guidelines.
