The various entry level positions that this certification offers a candidate include Dynamics 365 Developer, Implementation Consultant, Technical Support Engineer and System Administrator.

Though the certification doesn’t ask for any prerequisite, pursuing an MTA certification is recommended to get yourself prepared.

The certification requires you to pass the following two exams:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online Deployment (Exam MB2-715/Course 81071)


  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration (Exam MB2-716/Course 81071)


  • MCSA: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations


This  mcsa certification  also serves as the first step towards starting your career in Dynamics 365. The credential validates your skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies that include implementing the basic technical and development tasks needed to customize Dynamics 365 for Operations.

The certification makes you eligible for job profiles such as Dynamic 365 Developer, Solution Architect and Implementer.

Likewise, this credential also doesn’t ask for any prerequisite, although pursuing an MTA certification is highly recommended.

The certification requires you to pass the following exams:

  • Administering a Microsoft SQL Database Infrastructure (Exam 70-764/Course 20764)


  • Provisioning SQL Databases (Exam 70-765/Course 20765)


  • Development, Extensions and Deployment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (Exam MB6-894)


  • MCSE: Business Operations


This  mcse certification  proves your ability to understand and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies. The credential serves as an eligibility for job roles such as that of a Dynamics 365 Developer, Implementation Consultant, Technical Support Engineer and System Administrator.

As already mentioned, the credential requires one of the MCSA credentials mentioned above.
