MikroTik certification training covers networking, routing, wireless, and traffic control using RouterOS, delivered through official training centers. Koenig Solutions is not currently delivering MikroTik courses. Training must be completed through a MikroTik Certified Training Center (MTC) to be eligible for certification exams.
Koenig Solutions currently delivers 0 active MikroTik courses, so no certifications are available. Official MikroTik certifications include MTCNA, MTCRE, MTCWE, MTCTCE, MTCUME, and MTCINE. Training for these must be completed through an authorized MikroTik Training Center.
MikroTik training is for network administrators, ISPs, and IT professionals managing RouterOS-based networks. The MTCNA level requires basic TCP/IP knowledge; advanced certifications like MTCRE and MTCWE require MTCNA as a prerequisite. Roles include network engineers, wireless specialists, and system integrators.
MTCNA has no formal prerequisite but requires basic TCP/IP knowledge. MTCRE, MTCWE, MTCTCE, MTCUME, and MTCSE all require MTCNA. MTCINE requires both MTCNA and MTCRE. Each advanced course builds on foundational RouterOS skills and real-world networking experience.
MikroTik exams consist of 25 multiple-choice and true/false questions, last 60 minutes, and require a 60% passing score. The exam voucher is not sold separately; it is included only upon completion of an authorized 3-day training course. Remote proctoring via MTCOPS is available for renewals.
Official MikroTik courses are a minimum of 3 days long. Koenig currently offers no MikroTik training. Standard delivery modes through authorized centers include in-person classroom training; remote exams are not permitted for initial certification, only for renewals via MTCOPS.
Koenig Solutions is not currently offering MikroTik training, so pricing is unavailable. Authorized MikroTik training typically costs between $850–$1,050 USD, including course materials, lab access, and exam eligibility. Lunch and coffee breaks are included for in-person sessions.
The MikroTik certification exam fee is not sold separately; it is included in the training course fee, which ranges from $850–$1,050 USD. There is no standalone exam purchase option. The cost covers one attempt, with no immediate retake option if failed.
MikroTik certification validates practical RouterOS skills, enhancing roles in network administration and ISP operations. Certified professionals report salary increases of 15–25%, especially in regions with high MikroTik deployment. Holding MTCRE or MTCWE improves eligibility for senior network engineer roles.
Koenig is not currently delivering MikroTik training for enterprises. Authorized centers offer private batches, on-site training, and volume pricing. MikroTik does not accept training credits from other vendors. Enterprise training requires coordination with a certified MikroTik Training Center.
MikroTik certificates are valid for 3 years and can be renewed by passing a renewal exam via MTCOPS. If you fail, you must wait 30 days before retaking. Renewal requires holding the existing certificate in your MikroTik account and completing the test through a certified trainer.
