Ansible Basic Course Overview

This course provides a hands-on introduction to Ansible, covering installation, configuration, and usage for automation and system management. Participants will explore Ansible inventory (including dynamic inventory), ad-hoc commands, and the gather_facts module. A major focus is on writing efficient playbooks, following YAML best practices, and using key Ansible modules for managing services, files, and variables. The course also covers task execution (parallel, serial, and skipping tasks), error handling (block, rescue, tags), and security with Ansible Vault. Additionally, participants will learn about logging and Ansible roles (Galaxy), ensuring a strong foundation for automating IT environments effectively.
