If you work for a large company or the government, we can accept a Purchase Order towards your registration. Please write to us with the name of your employer to confirm if a Purchase Order will be acceptable towards your registration.

You need to send US $500 or equivalent of the same US $500. Send the MTCN / Reference # after remitting the payment.
Balance amount has to be paid by cash or traveler's cheque after arrival in India. Credit card / debit payments will incur a surcharge of 2.5%. Paypal payments will incur a surcharge of 4%.
If you want books couriered to you, send us your postal address.
Apply for the Indian visa at the Indian embassy closest to you.

Please send us a scanned copy of your passport and visa before arrival since this is required as per government regulations. Also inform us about your flight details (date and time of arrival, flight number and name of airlines) so that you can be welcomed at the airport.
Send us your scanned photograph to facilitate easier recognition at the airport. The person receiving you will carry a placard with your name on it. He will give you 1,000 Indian Rupees in cash (to be adjusted in your account later), so you do not need to obtain local currency at the airport.
Pack up. You just need to carry the books (if you have pre-ordered) and a laptop (recommended for internet access from the Hotel). We can also provide you a laptop at an extra charge. Please carry 4 passport size photographs (to be submitted on arrival).
