My trip to Koenig was as planned, and served as a good introduction to the Koenig organization in India. It was a well-organized training centre and I plan to go back when I have more time to get more certifications completed. I went to the Delhi branch of Koenig for about 8 weeks of class and took my MCSE MESSENGER exams. The professionals at Koenig were efficient, well-organized, helpful, and amicable.
I had arranged my own flights and visa prior to booking the Koenig portion of my trip. The booking process went very smoothly with prompt and informative communications from Koenig. I arranged my deposit via Western Union transfer, a very simple process. I sent one last email to confirm my flight arrival before starting my journey.
I arrived in the Delhi airport, which is much like some airport in Benin my homeland. I have travelled in so many place but Delhi is a different experience and therefore was surprised by everything so far. The Koenig representative was there to greet me at the airport with an red sign stating my name and the organization. This was definitely extremely helpful.
I decided to stay at the hotel Koenig booked for me because it was in the middle of a real life picture of a small market in Rangoli Park what a place like a market to learn, observe and experience different cultures.
The Koenig driver gave me my packet of info, mobile phone with enough credit for me to be in touch with my family as soon as possible, and some local currency and took me to my hotel. I had also changed some money to Indian rupees the first day by the lovely lady in charge of taking money, very professional lady in Koenig .
A driver arrived to pick me up each morning times varied depending on traffic, and take me to the training centre. The traffic and the way people drives over there is just crazy, madness. Koenig was clean, organized into various rooms, labs, and floors. There seemed a continuous flow of other students from various countries, all working in their own labs with instructors on various certifications. My instructor was intelligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I ended up going to the training centre for one-on-one training for three weeks. I found that I really couldn’t have completed the course and take the exams without my instructor’s help he gave me everything for me to be able to achieve specially that I have no IT background at all, but don’t get me wrong I putted some giant effort as well but he showed me the magic. I bless him for that.
Koenig staff arranged a last day trip to Agra for me. It was a very good way to spend the last time in India, the Taj Mahal must be seen, I also visit Delhi and one thousands place to be please to see. But I didn’t get the chance to see any snake’s charming that will be for the next time.
I also went out on two of the evenings I enjoyed some night-clubs and the food also, I didn’t get any sickness like malaria or any food allergy.
I did travel as a lot of my own, taking riskshaw or the metro just on my own which some people may be apprehensive to do. I would suggest being familiar with travelling alone. However, if you just want to come and do the certifications and nothing else, Koenig would escort you to and from your hotel each day, and to and from the airport, also are very helpful if you want to arrange something else outside of your training planning, and I am sure they would assist you.
I found Koenig to be a very well-organized and efficient way to complete certifications. Everyone at the school was helpful, organized, efficient, professional, and friendly. I plan to go back for a longer trip to Goa and take CCNP when I have more vacation time. I would recommend going to Goa as opposed to Delhi if you are completing a longer course and have an extra day to spend travelling to and from. I heard reviews on both and all were positive for a bit better scenery and local environment.
I definitely wanted to express myself about Koenig-Solutions, I wasn’t always happy with the policy in place, the staff were really fantastic. They were friendly, professional, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, and assisted with any inquiry or issue that you brought to their attention. I will certainly return. But keep in mind that to receive you need sometimes to give, that’s something business always remember here in UK where I currently live and they success story is forever. To be and to last.
