Experience |
| |
Koenig offers the opportunity to work in a “simulated live environment”. Koenig’s Experience uses a proprietary set of methods and processes and is unique in the industry. It is ideally suited for Beginners in IT.
Crudely it can be said that if the Boot Camp teaches how to swim, the Experience gives the student the confidence to swim in the depths.
“Experience” is conducted in a separate lab. The mentor creates problems / assigns tasks and the students have to solve them in limited time. As soon as one problem / task is solved, another is presented to the student
Though a mentor is available for support, students are required to solve the problems on their own.
A certification of participation in the Experience is issued at the end.
This is what a recent student, who attended Experience for MCSE, says : |
This is what has been missing in the MCSE curriculum where students would learn the theory, do the labs under virtual machines and then face challenges as they are provided with the real situation in the industry. The Experience course, demanded me to implement what I had learnt in a real environment. I had four servers and had to install the servers, configure DNS, DHCP, Trust relationships, clustering and many more. I valued this course more than the theoretical part of the course because students do not need to seek experience anywhere but do it right after their courses. I am planning to send my assistants to attend the Experience Course, because IT is a practical subject and this course is what is very important. I was given an opportunity to implement technologies that I had read about but had no idea how it’s done, was given the hidden skills on how to trouble-shoot, learnt the best practices and the hands on experience was just excellent. IT professionals excuse me for a while, I have a VPN to setup, this is all because of what I learnt at Koenig.
I now have confidence, I have one of the highest qualifications, I have the experience and I have the knowledge from the same college – Koenig Solutions.

| This is what a recent student, who attended Experience for CCNA, says : |
| The Cisco Experience lab is a brilliant way to test your skills after the CCNA, to know how much you have actually absorbed from the course, and it is vital to know how you will behave in a real-life environment. It also gives you confidence in your abilities, which you are able to take back and implement in a real life scenario. There’s also a trainer on hand in case you fall into difficulties, and to give you advice as you progress through the Topology.
