In Hands-on Experience™ participants are given tasks and problem to solve which are similar to what they will experience in the field.
Though Koenig training is hands-on with a lot of practicals, Hands-on Experience™ is different in following ways:
- It is only practical (no theory)
- It is conducted after the training and certification
- Participant is on his own to solve problems
Conceptually, the training program teaches the student how to swim and Hands-on Experience™ gives the student the confidence to swim in the depths.
Students report that the learning is immense. It is a revision of all topics and they gain confidence in applying the knowledge.

It's one project that covers most of the things about the new features in .NET. It also help someone with not very much experience like myself to see how to organize your code in a real life application and not just get certified but be able to develop software also so that you be more confident. |

Though a mentor is available for support, students are required to solve the problems on their own.
A certificate of participation in the Hands-on Experience™ lab is issued on successfully completing all the practical assignments.

We strongly suggest that you schedule 2-5 days Hands-on Experience™ after your course to enable you to be fully confident on the technologies learnt.
