In Simulated Internship™ participants are given tasks and problems to solve which are similar to what they will experience in the field.
Conceptually, the training program teaches the student how to swim and Simulated Internship™ gives the student the confidence to swim in the depths.
Students report that the learning is immense. It is a revision of all topics and they gain confidence in applying the knowledge.

Though a mentor is available for support, students are required to solve the problems on their own.
A certificate of participation in the Simulated Internship™ lab is issued on successfully completing all the practical assignments.
