10 May 2024 In my opinion, the trainer should need to have an ice breaker session before the start of the modules. This way he will gain more understanding on the participant's background and have the class tailored to all the participants instead of having own's assumption.

09 May 2024 Kanchan is an excellent patient trainer. I had many questions I registered for this course what I find is a trainer ready in term of knowledge and attitude who welcomed my enquiries. During the four days, she demonstrated care towards my needs. She encouraged me to ask questions and discuss scenarios with regards to the standard with elaborated examples. I felt comfortable when asking her to repeat some point again. I have QMS background however I successfully filled some gaps in my knowledge. I wish her the best. I consider myself lucky to be a trainee of Ms. Kanchan.

11 May 2024 It is hard to find anything negative to say about my trainer aka Sam :), he was engaging, and he kept the material we reviewed interesting which kept my attention on what was being reviewed. Sam answered my questions without any hesitation showing he has extensive knowledge to answer all questions with confidence. Sam broke the material down to a very simple and easy to understand format. I appreciate all the hard work and time he put into my session with him and I wish him the best in his future endeavors.
