She took the subjects at an understandable pace and gave real-life examples to make it easier to understand. Also, she always kept the conversation interesting with case studies as an integral part of the training. All in all, it was a highly interesting learning experience. One outstanding thing was the sharing of a lot of allied professional knowledge relevant to the FM subject, such as the ISO framework and other accreditations, which provided an all-round learning experience.

Avni is an outstanding trainer; patient, always checks to make sure the trainee understands the material, and allows ample time to try the coding concepts from the module.
