I am Tankian Coulibaly from Burkina Faso, a small French speaking country in West Africa but I work in Nigeria.

How did I get to know about Koenig Solutions?

Back in 2009, a former colleague of mine from Cameroon told me that he went to China for Combo CCNA/CCNP training at a very affordable cost (I am a self sponsored student). When I was actively preparing to go to China, a friend of mine in Nigeria suggested that I should consider India. I googled "IT Training in India" and came across several training centers. I picked Koenig Solutions over the other training centers for the following reasons:

- Koenig website is well designed and user friendly.
- It contains everything one needs to make a decision (Course catalogue, fees, duration, locations) without much of email exchange.
- The feedback from students is very encouraging.

My first trip to Koenig Delhi was from July 4th to August 5th 2010. Right from the airport, I knew that this company was serious. The pickup was well organized and I got to Koenig Inn without hindrance.

I initially came for MCITP: Business Intelligence Developer SQL Server 2005, PMP and MCITP Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007. After arriving to Koenig, I was advised by an instructor to rather go for CompTIA Project+ 2009 and then Managing Projects with Microsoft Office Project 2007 which was an excellent idea! Thank you Koenig! I left India on August 5th 2010 very fulfilled, very satisfied and I have been telling people good things about Koenig Solutions.

The instructors are very knowledgeable, they have an in-depth knowledge of their subjects and they are highly committed towards their job.

The course schedules are not cast in concrete. Koenig has such a great flexibility that you can reshuffle your training schedule, cancel and replace a course with another one that suits you. With the Centre Manager, there is always a solution! Koenig is truly committed to satisfy its students.

On my second trip to Koenig Solutions, Delhi, still self sponsored, I came for MCITP: Enterprise Administrator Windows Server 2008, MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuration, CCNA and ITIL V3 Foundation training, though I couldn't complete the CCNA for the health reasons. I stayed in Delhi from July 31st to September 2nd, 2011. I had the privilege to have the instructors for myself (1-on-1 training) and I could ask all sorts of questions. Once again, I was amazed by the expertise of the instructors.

For me, Koenig was more than a training centre. Koenig was a family. I tell you why. On the festival of Raksha Bandhan, I received a rakhi from a Koenig Sister. How sweet! It touches the heart. (Raksha Bandhan festival symbolizes a sister’s love for her brother, and brother’s life-long vow to protect his sister).

More importantly, I fell ill and I needed an important sum of money to go under surgery immediately. The money was to be sent to me by Western Union from my country and before I even received it, Koenig trusted me by giving me the required amount within a very short period of time to enable me to do the surgery. When I was released from the hospital after the surgery, Koenig offered to pick me from the hospital. I felt very special. This is something unexpected and I will always remember it. Thank you to the Center Manager and Koenig Solutions. I am really very grateful.

We wish and pray that Koenig owes a whole building and a large hotel to accommodate all the students and comfortable buses to commute to the training centers.

The less pleasant side of Koenig Solutions, Delhi:

Most of the cabs are too small and are very uncomfortable especially when four full grown up adults are packed at the back seats of a cab but I heard that Koenig is getting another big mini-bus for transportation soon. That will help a lot.
