Greetings! First of all, I would like to thank God who gave me the opportunity to attend this training. Secondly, I would like to thank my beautiful wife Tamara who gave me her approval to attend this training and future upcoming trainings. I would like to give my feedback regarding the CCNP Route training which I attended at Koenig Delhi. When I came to Delhi, I planned to attend VMware vSphere and VMware View training. At the last moment, I replaced my VMware View training to CCNP Route, and Koenig was so flexible to make this happen.
For the last six months, I had been preparing for my VMware training by doing labs at home and I was quite ready to receive the optimal guidance. Unfortunately, I didn't practice any labs for the CCNP Route as I decided to take it at the last minute. As usual, I didn't sleep the night before as I was very excited. I was introduced to my trainer who was to become my Cisco guru. I was a little worried in the beginning as I had prepared for CCNA myself in 2010 and wasn't sure if I was up for the CCNP Route training.
We started by learning basic concepts and gradually started with complex scenarios. My learning style matched perfectly with his teaching. As an experienced user in networking, I can tell you that he has a great level of understanding and a great experience in Cisco products. I was able to understand easily all the concepts regarding Cisco routing protocols in this training. All complex labs/scenarios designed in the table were done by me starting from connecting cables, configuration and testing. After each lab/scenario, I was able to quickly run a parallel scenario, test it to make sure that I understand perfectly. This proves clearly that the course was a success and the level of training was for intermediate to advanced users. The lab room was well equipped with routers/switches and we were able to run all the labs in those equipment. The overall experience for the CCNP Route training was above my expectations.
