My name is Osei-Agyei Kwasi Snr. I am a Computer Technician at Electricity Company of Ghana. I arrived in India on 2nd October, 2011 with my colleague and we were surprisingly met at the airport by the staff from Koenig Solutions who dropped us to our Koenig Student Apartment at 34/5 East Patel Nagar. From then on all provisions were readily available for us on schedule (transportation, food, etc.) and personal requests were also attended.
After registration at the training centre on the following day, we were taken straight to our lab where we met our trainer who was waiting for us. We were registered for MCITP: Enterprise Administrator – Windows Server 2008 course and the course duration was from 3rd October to 13th October. It was 1-on-2 training in a well-equipped training lab with all details scheduled out. Our trainer was patient with us and gave us an overview of the program after introducing ourselves.
We started off from that point and you could simply see that the trainer was on top of his job. He explained everything without a doubt in your mind. He was helpful in the lab work and can make you feel comfortable with whatever you are doing. It did not happen just once but throughout the training program. I think it is great experience considering the teaching methods and the books (very self-explanatory) offered for the course.
All the staffs are in tune and are ready to help anytime anywhere. Each of them seemed to be personally responsible for you. That was really great. The chance to mix with other people from different nationalities was also exhilarating. I believe all this could only be achieved through meticulous planning and total commitment to duty on the part of the staff.
We are thankful for the opportunity given to us and I appreciate all those who made it possible. Thank you to all Koenig staff for this unforgettable experience.
