My name is Mark Thomas, I studied MCSE 2003 Security Fast Track, 1-on-1™ training in Delhi with Koenig from the 6th November to 6th December 2006.
I was recommended to Koenig through a friend from work. I initially checked the website, decided what I would like to study and sent a few emails requesting more information. I always received prompt replies and from the beginning I had a good feeling about Koenig.
I arrived in Delhi on the 6th of November where I was met by a representative of Koenig, he was waiting at the airport holding a sign with my name. He welcomed me with a welcome pack which contained local currency and all the information I required, how to get a sim card, restaurants, what time transport would pick you up in the morning, etc.
I stayed at the Hotel Rangoli Park for the duration of my stay. I was pleased with the room. The room was basic but had wireless & cable internet, desk for studying (very important), large bathroom and shower. The hotel staff were always friendly and happy to assist wherever they could.
The transport to and from the training centre was well organised and reliable. Indian driving can take a little to get used to, but it’s all part of the fun.
I was very impressed with my trainers knowledge and commitment in helping me study. Before I arrived in India I didn’t realise how much work I would have to do and how much information I would have to take in. Fast track is lots of hard work, late nights studying but well worth it when all your hard work pays off and you get certified. My training room had four physical computers, all of the practical exercises were completed on these computers. All of the books were genuine Microsoft Curriculum.
Overall I was very impressed with Koenig’s quality of training and friendly staff. I made some great friends from all around the world while studying & I hope to return to India to study CCNA & CCA with Koenig in 2007.
