P6 Application Administration 18 Training provides students with the knowledge and skills to properly understand and manage the core Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management application. The objectives of this training include the ability to understand and manipulate the Primavera tools, understand the relationship between Primavera and various related applications, design and develop dashboards, histograms, and charts, maintain project baselines and budgets, and update and produce reports. Students will also be able to plan and define resource utilization, create activity codes and user-defined fields, compare planned and actual project costs and manage data for multiple workspaces. They will also be able to upgrade existing datasets, customize administrative preferences, and troubleshoot operational problems.
