The Cisco IPT and UCCX course will give you a detailed overview on the Cisco Unified Communications System including the concepts of IP telephony, Voicemail and Contact center based in system administration, its function, features, and configuration. During the training, you will also learn about the understanding of system concepts: clustering, Call signalling, Call routing, Gateway protocols, digit manipulation, and phone features. In this course you’ll also learn to integrate Cisco Unified IM and Presence and Unity Connection with the Cisco Unified CM.
