The Implementing Cisco Unified E-Mail and Web Interaction Manager Enterprise (UEIME) v2.0 course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to configure, deploy and maintain a UEIME v2.0 system. The UEIME v2.0 is a comprehensive e-mail, web interaction, and contact center routing solution focused on providing customers with a comprehensive solution for their contact center, e-mail, and web interaction requirements.
This course covers concepts and principles behind the UEIME v2.0 system, the main components and components of a UEIME v2.0 system, and system installation and configuration. Additionally, students will learn architecture and topologies of a UEIME v2.0 system, distributed deployment options, web interaction management functionalities and configuration, contact center routing features and configuration, and best practices for using UEIME v2.0.
Upon completion of this course, students will have the knowledge and skills required to implement and maintain an UEIME v2.0 system, to meet customer contact center, e-mail, and web interaction requirements, and to provide the best customer experience for their company.
