The Cisco Collaboration Systems Release 12.x Administrator Workshop (CSR12ADMIN) course provides system administrators with the skills required to properly configure and manage the Cisco collaboration systems. The course includes hands-on labs that teach administrators basic setup and deployment of the system, configuration of various components, and troubleshooting techniques. Lectures focus on system design and integration of the various systems capabilities, such as voice, video, messaging, mobility, and presence into an existing enterprise design. Topics include general configuration and system security, as well as integration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unity Connection. In addition, this course provides an overview of the other main Cisco collaboration applications and how they can be integrated into the overall collaboration solution.
