Advanced Administration of Unified Communications Manager and Features (AAUCMF) is a comprehensive course that teaches students to develop a comprehensive understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco UC Applications platform. This course focuses on the advanced features of the Unified Communications Manager and provides an overview of the necessary tools and applications needed to configure and administrate their Unified Communications systems.
The topics covered in this course include:
- IP telephony technologies and advanced administration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Configuring voice messaging and IM & Presence solutions
- Configuring and troubleshooting the Cisco IP Phone and Cisco Jabber clients
- Configuring and managing users access control
- Administering and managing phones, Call Forwarding and Hunt Groups
- Monitoring and troubleshooting tools available in Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Multimedia conferencing solutions such as Voice over IP, Multi-way Calling, and Video Conferencing
- Configuring and managing remote user access and mobility services
- Different ways of deploying Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
At the end of the course, students will be able to configure, troubleshoot, and administer a Cisco Unified Communications system, as well as understand the design, architecture and operation of Cisco UC solutions. The goal is for participants to be able to implement a fully functional UC system.
