It was a wonderful journey. A place where I can "learn and earn" at the same time. I remember the days when I joined Koenig back in 2020 March. It was the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, lockdown, and curfew. While most of the companies were doing a mass lay-off and LinkedIn was filled with stories of lost jobs and lay-offs. Koenig gave me a platform to learn continuously with a stable job. I would also like to thank "Dan", my reporting manager who has guided me throughout the last 2 years and has always corrected me wherever I was wrong, and has supported me throughout my journey in Koenig.
I was also provided with a decent salary hike while I completed my first year. If an employee gets a satisfactory salary hike in the current organization, not only does he see himself in the long run in the same organization but also gets motivated to perform in a better manner.

I have started my career as Cisco Corporate Trainer with Koenig Solutions on 29th Jan 2016. The very first thing that I like most is that this company gives learning and development space to a new joiner. I learned a lot from my peers and managers which helps me enhancing my professional skills.
I have done lots of upgrades in Koenig Solutions such as Cisco Collaboration, Cisco DEVNET and Cisco Certified System Instructor certifications.
Koenig is known for giving International exposure to its employees and so do I have got in a very decent manner. I got multiple opportunities to travel to different states/countries nationally and internationally.
It actually not only increases my geographical sense but also gives me a great time to learn and explore new things, people and places etc.
During this Pandemic situation, when every single individual is leaving in fear, the organization stands true to its values and beliefs and supports its employees in all the relevant aspects. Where it is technical or infrastructure setup, the company has gone out of its way to help their employees.
Really I feel blessed to be a part of this extended family of mine.
