1. Basic knowledge of Linux will be helpful but is not essential.
2. Basic knowledge of C programming will be helpful but is not essential.
3. Basic understanding of electronics components and principles such as voltage, current, resistors and transistors will be beneficial.
4. A basic level of understanding or experience programming with microcontrollers such as the Arduino will be beneficial.
5. Ability to connect to and use a Linux based computer.
6. Understanding of a text editor such as vi, nano or Notepad++.
7. Ability to install and uninstall software from the command line is recommended.
8. Ability to connect to and use an Arduino board, such as an Uno, Nano or Mega.
9. Ability to connect to and use an external device, such as a router or a Serial to USB converter.
10. Ability to connect to and use sensors, such as an Ultrasonic, Temperature, or Light Sensors.
11. Ability to connect to and use a display unit, such as an LCD or OLED display.
