ACUCW2 - Administering Cisco Unified Communications Workspaces Part 2 (v12.5): Advanced Administration for Multisite Deployments is an instructor-led, learning-by-doing course designed for system administrators and engineers who are responsible for configuring, administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting multisite deployments of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) and Cisco Unified Communications Workspace (UCW).
This course teaches students UCW system architecture, Contacts lists and call handling features, server-side features for building call action and rules scripts, multisite clustering support for large-scale deployments, user provisioning and authentication, and automated software deployment. It then moves into advanced system customization and optimization, application performance and troubleshooting, scalability strategies, and system security.
At the end of this course, students will be able to use their skills to setup, configure, optimise and troubleshoot multisite UCW deployments in a multisite environment and implement best practices for using the UCW platform. They will understand the UCW system architecture, UCW contacts and Call Handling features, server-side features for building call action and rules scripts, multisite clustering support for large-scale deployments and automated software deployment. Additionally, they will also be able to optimize and customize the system as well as use performance and scalability strategies to ensure good performance and high availability.
