  • Overview

    Unified Communication Technician (Microsoft and Cisco) course trains you on Unified Communications from the leaders of the market: Cisco and Microsoft. After completing this course, students will be able to solve any complex problem and deployment issues related to both Cisco and Microsoft Unified communications. This comprehensive certification course validates that a professional has the needed skills to work in voice and collaboration technologies including knowledge of administering end user interfaces, mobility and telephony features.

    Implementing Cisco Collaboration Devices (CICD) certification tests associate-level skills and knowledge needed to administer a Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solution. This course also edifies IT professionals on how to administer, configure, design, plan, and deploy a Microsoft Lync Server 2013 solution and how to configure and design Enterprise Voice and Online Services in Microsoft Lync Server 2013.

    This course is best suited for Voice Technicians, Telecom Analyst, and Voice Administrators.
