Oracle Forms is a software product for creating screens that interact with an Oracle Database. It has a typical IDE including an object navigator, property sheet and code editor that uses PL/SQL. The primary focus of Forms is to create data entry systems that access an Oracle database.

This course includes the following modules:

Oracle 10g: Introduction to SQL: This course will introduce students to Oracle Database 10g database technology, concepts of relational databases and the powerful SQL programming language.

Oracle 10g: Program with PL/SQL: This course introduces students to PL/SQL and helps them understand the benefits of this powerful programming language. Students learn to create PL/SQL blocks of application code that can be shared by multiple forms, reports, and data management applications.

Oracle 10g Forms: Build Internet Applications: In this course students build, test, debug, and deploy interactive Internet applications. Working in a graphical user interface (GUI) environment, they develop an order entry application from the ground up. This application incorporates several advanced features that provide a rich user experience while implementing business rules. This course counts towards the Hands-on course requirement for the Oracle Forms Developer Certified Professional Certification.

Oracle training is usually conducted on Microsoft Window Server platform. If you prefer, you can opt for Oracle training on Linux/Ubuntu.
