Career Enabler™ Desktop Support Professionals course will help you start your career as a Desktop Support Professional in Microsoft Technologies. This course covers the three most popular Desktops – XP, Vista and Windows 7.

The course starts with CompTIA’s vendor neutral certifications A+ and N+, which are an industry standard for computer support technicians. It then builds on with Microsoft technologies.

Towards the end of the course students are challenged with real life situations in the Simulated Internship™ wherein students troubleshoot scenarios on all Microsoft Client technologies required. A Certificate of Achievement is issued on successfully completing all the practical assignments.
