Microsoft now offers a separate course for Hands-on Labs on Biztalk Server 2006. It is recommended after the Biztalk Server 2006 Boot Camp.

BizTalk is a Business Process Management (BPM) server. It facilitates companies to automate and integrate business processes. It is capable of Enterprise Application Integration as well as Business-to-Business integration.

BizTalk Server architecture has two major components: Messaging and Orchestration. The messaging component allows communication with several systems and platforms through the use of adapters. The Orchestration component allows users to automate Business Management Processes.
