A combination of Certification and Experience is preferred by prospective employers.

Formal training and certification ensures holistic knowledge of the subject. Experience imbibes the ability to apply that knowledge.

Keeping this in mind Koenig offers the option to acquire “Experience” after completing a Boot Camp.

“Experience” for each Boot Camp has been developed to encourage the student to apply the knowledge acquired in the Boot Camp.

Though a mentor will be available for support, students will be required to solve the problem on their own. The mentor will on occasions provide a clue but will resist providing the complete solution unless unavoidable.

“Experience” will be provided in a separate lab created for this purpose. The mentor creates problems and then asks students to solve in limited time and with access to limited resources. As soon as one problem is solved, another is presented to the student.

The practicals will be customized keeping in mind the experience of the student. Experienced students can expect more advanced practicals than beginners. Also a certification of participation in the Experience will be issued at the end.

A+	2 to 4	You will be required to install, configure and troubleshoot a computer system.
MCPD	6 to 25	You will develop a software application incorporating the technology learnt in the Boot Camp.
MCSD	6 to 25	You will develop a software application incorporating the technology learnt in the Boot Camp.
CEH	1 to 5	You will be provided practical scenarios in which you will protect the network from possible hackers. You will also be asked to hack a network to test that your understanding of hacking is correct (which is required to be an Ethical Hacker).
Java	6 to 25	will develop a software application incorporating the technology learnt in the Boot Camp.
Linux	4 to 10	You will be required to install, configure and troubleshoot a Linux network.
CIW Web	6 to 14	You will develop a website using the techniques learnt during the Designer Boot camp. You have an option to develop a website for your personal use.
