After feeling that there was little room remaining in my current career for personal or professional growth, I knew that I reached a cross-road in my career. I knew for a while that it was time to change course and discover a way to evolve into a new field that would integrate all of my current functional and technical backgrounds while attaining new skills.
After much consideration (and excitement), I decided to venture into Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Financials.
The problem, however, was deciding where to gain the knowledge required to embark on this new journey. After much consideration between institutions in North America and Europe, I chose to attain my training from Koenig Solutions in India. The cost, although more competitive than North America and Europe, was not the primary factor in my decision-making process. The primary things that attracted me to Koenig where (1) the extended amount of time allotted for training which would better enable me to fully capture the essence of this fascinating ERP software; (2) the testimonies from other Koenig alumni; (3) the fast turnaround of the responses to all of my queries concerning the course; and (4) it is India!
All of my expectations in relation to the training have been exceeded. I was joyfully surprised to discover that I was receiving 1-to-1™ training. From Day 1, the trainer made me comfortable with taking as much time as required to become familiar with navigating around the Dynamics AX 2012 software and how financials are incorporated with the Dynamics AX framework. Given my trainers own background in Finance, there was no question too big or small. I appreciated most of all that my trainer wanted to make himself available at whatever time to answer any questions I may have.
In addition, everyone in administration and the support staff also receive the highest marks from me. Customer service is major thing for Americans and Koenig did not disappoint. I am already looking forward to further training later in the year and Koenig will be at the top of my list.
